Online Courses
Short series of lessons focused on achieving results in a specific area, such as improved posture and core strength or developing hip mobility and hamstring flexibility to support your running or posture.

Experience easy to follow instructions paired with customisable sequences that work for anyone, from beginner to intermediate and advanced practitioner.
All sequences have been developed for and tested by high performing people and refined to deliver results over 10 years of teaching yoga. A PhD in Educational Psychology helps me create unique experiences that deliver results.
